Program Overview
Tina’s Home Woodlawn location is a supportive housing initiative designed for young women ages 18-24 who are in foster care or transitioned out of foster care and are facing housing insecurity. We provide safe, structured housing and personalized services that empower participants to achieve stability and independence beyond the foster care system.
Target Population:
- Young women ages 18-24 who are in foster care or transitioned out of foster care.
- Young women who are facing homelessness or housing insecurity.
